These terms govern your use of products operated by Trazer Intelligence inc., including Mike and Trazer Front Desk. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Mike is a decision-support tool for trained technicians and an informational tool for homeowners. It is not a licensed contractor, engineer, or inspector, and it does not replace your training, your judgment, local code, or the manufacturer's instructions.
You remain responsible for the work you perform. Always follow lockout/tagout, verify readings yourself, and comply with all applicable codes and regulations. If there is any indication of gas, carbon monoxide, fire, or a medical emergency, stop and contact emergency services.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. New accounts may receive a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the plan price is charged. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
You keep ownership of the content you provide, including photos and job records. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service and provide answers to you. We do not sell your content.
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, or by failures in third-party providers we depend on.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trazer Intelligence inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
