Privacy Policy

This policy covers Trazer Intelligence inc. and its products, including Mike (trazermike.io) and Trazer Front Desk. It describes what we collect, why, and what we do not do.

What we collect

• Account information you give us when you sign up: name, email address, password, and optionally your company and role.
• Your conversations with Mike — the questions you ask and the answers given. We keep these so the product can hold context, so you can return to past jobs, and so we can review the quality of Mike's answers and correct him where he gets something wrong.
• Photos you choose to send, such as a nameplate or a wiring diagram, for the purpose of answering that question.
• Job records you create in the app, such as customers, jobs, refrigerant logs, and saved diagrams.
• Usage information — that a question was asked, and when — used to understand whether the product is working.
• Approximate location, only if you allow it, to provide local weather and regionally relevant answers.
• Website visits, counted using a one-way, irreversible hash of IP address and browser. We learn how many people visited. We cannot identify who.

Camera and microphone

The app uses your camera and microphone only while you are actively using a feature that needs them — showing Mike a unit, or speaking to him. Nothing is recorded in the background. Audio and images are used to answer your request and are not sold or used for advertising.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of established providers to operate the product. They process data only to deliver their service to us:

• Anthropic — the AI model that generates Mike's answers.
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for Mike's voice.
• Supabase — database and storage for accounts and job records.
• Stripe — subscription payments. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Resend — transactional email such as password resets.
• Railway — application hosting.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not run third-party ad trackers.
• We do not share your job records or conversations with other customers.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your account record and associated job data. You can also request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, by writing to the address below.

Data retention

We keep your account and job data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, that data is deleted. Aggregate, non-identifying counts, such as how many visits a page received, may remain.

Children

Our products are built for working professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing and are never stored in readable form. Access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users if a breach materially affects them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
